Community Foundation — For Nonprofits
Strengthen Your Planned Giving Program
Partnering with the Community Foundation of North Central Florida gives your organization access to expert support, donor messaging tools, and flexible options for complex gifts.
Why Partner with Community Foundation?
A community foundation partnership is one of the most effective ways to build a stronger, more sustainable planned giving program.
Practical Support
We provide sample bequest language, donor-facing messaging, and board education to help you build a stronger planned giving program — without adding staff.
Complex Gift Expertise
We evaluate and administer gifts of real estate, closely-held business interests, charitable remainder trusts, and other hard-to-value assets — often in coordination with donors’ legal and tax advisors.*
Long-Term Mission Funding
This partnership expands the ways donors can give to your organization, strengthens stewardship, and builds sustainable, lasting support for your mission.
*In some instances, the community foundation works with qualified third parties to facilitate gifts of complex assets.
Sample Language
Ready-to-Use Donor Messaging
We can provide your organization with customized sample language for donor newsletters, gift acknowledgment letters, bequest society invitations, and more.
Your staff doesn’t have to create content from scratch. We’ve done it — and we’ll tailor it to your voice and your mission.
Request Sample Language“By working with our local community foundation, we can better serve donors who want to make planned gifts or contribute complex assets. The foundation provides sample gift language, helps evaluate noncash gifts such as real estate and business interests, and can administer hard-to-value assets so that charitable proceeds support our mission.”
